i had saved a picture that was sent via text that went straight to my images folder but however when i connect my mobile to the pc i cant get into my images folder to put the picture onto the pc i have the software installed any help i would much appreciate it, (when connected i have photo album but no images folder displayed)
It sounds like you are using the software to try and find your picture. Another way of doing the same thing would be to connect your phone to the computer and turn it on. Open My Computer and double-click on the drive that appears. It should open the mobile phone storage. Now you just need to open folders and look in them to try and find the picture you mentioned.
This may or may not work depending on where the picture is stored. The software should let you view folders though. Try looking for a file manager or explorer application in your software.LG KG800 Phone articles and other content

how do you put music on a LG Chocolate phone from my itoons?
I just got a LG chocolate phone (in light blue=P) and the people at the verison store said that I could put the music from my itoons on the phone but i just can't figure out how to do it! HELP ME!!! Please give any answers you have. Do you have a LG chocolate phone? You know how to put music on it? Please help me! Thank you ! =)
Port the songs from iTunes to Windows Media Player 11.
1. Ensure that the handset is connected to the computer with the USB cable and in Sync Mode.
2. Open Windows Media Player by selecting: Start > Programs (All Programs) > Windows Media Player.
3. If this is the first time Windows Media Player has detected the handset, enter a name for the device then click Finish.
4. From the Sync tab, select Music (denoted by the note symbol in the upper-left corner of the window).
5. Select the desired songs from either a Playlist or the Library then drag them to the Sync List (located in the right pane).
6. You can change the target location by clicking Next Device (located in the right pane).
Note If the removable storage card is selected, the card must be in the phone.
